No. In fact, we give you free Answers when you invite your team. Invite your whole company—pricing scales with Answers and channels, not seats.
Either a live Q&A turn (one question + one reply) or a scheduled answer posted by Compass. If a scheduled answer posts to multiple channels, each delivery counts separately.
Everyone starts with a 1 month Starter trial (150 Answers, 1 channel, no card required). After that, if you don't buy a subscription you are automatically downgraded to the Free plan, which includes 20 Answers a month.
On paid plans, we keep answering and bill overage at your plan's rate for that month. If you're on the free tier, you won't be able to get more answers until you upgrade your plan.
Yes, upgrade or add channels any time. Annual plans can co-term on renewal.
Custom plan pools Answers across the year so launches and quarter-end reviews don't trigger overage. Contact sales for custom terms.
Yes, schedule to any channel (private or public). Billing counts per delivery.
Invites: +5 one-time Answers per unique teammate who joins and runs at least one Answer, capped at +100 per workspace. Unused bonus Answers expire after 3 months.
