Either a live Q&A turn (one question + one reply) or a scheduled answer posted by Compass. If a scheduled answer posts to multiple channels, each delivery counts separately.
No, Free Plan includes 20 Answers a month. You can also earn free Answers with invites and referrals.
On paid plans, we keep answering and bill overage at your plan's rate for that month. If you're on the free tier, you won't be able to get more answers until you upgrade your plan.
Yes, upgrade or add channels any time. Annual plans can co-term on renewal.
